Volunteers serving Johnson City since 1999
Keystone Dental Care’s mission is providing basic dental care to adults 19 years or older who meet federal poverty guidelines.
We are funded by State grants, but also depend on private donations and local community support to keep the clinic operational.
How to Apply
Patients must be 19 years of age or older and must live in East Tennessee to qualify for treatment. 3 steps must be completed to apply to become a patient.
Keystone dental care is supported through the volunteer efforts of local dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and staff workers.

“Today was my first visit. I was so nervous, and here I am 52 years old. The staff were wonderful, THANK YOU PENNY! The dentist today was wonderful as well. I appreciate them getting me in for this bad tooth and being so caring! Thank you all!!!”
“Keystone Dental have been God-sent. I was a little worried and so on, but the assistant Penny was wonderful. Very nice and caring. Dr. Hunt was very nice and did a great job. I’m very pleased. Keystone Dental is a safe, kind, and helpful place I would recommend to anyone that has no means to a dentist due to whatever circumstances to give Keystone Dental a try. You won’t regret it.”
